A lasagna recipe that is easy to make, ready in just a few minutes and that requires nothing but ingredients already at hand found in most kitchens without a trip to the store.

Ingredients for 6 people:

* 8 no-boil lasagna noodles
* 2 lb. of red tomatoes
* 1 lb. mozzarella
* 10 oz. basil Pesto
* 1 can sliced black olives
* 1 bunch basil
* 3 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation: 20 min
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Total time: 50 minutes


Let's prepare this tomato mozzarella pesto lasagne:

1) Preheat oven to 300 °F. Make a cross with a knife over the tomatoes, dip them one minute in boiling water and peel off their skin. Slice all the tomatoes.

2) Grease a lasagna pan and place a layer of tomato slices at the bottom. Cover with a layer of lasagna noodles over which you will place a new layer of tomatoes you salt and pepper. Top with slices of mozzarella and pesto, a few olives, basil leaves and then another layer of oiled lasagna noodles. Repeat this process starting from the tomatoes step, ending with a layer of mozzarella on top. Season with salt and pepper.

3) Bake in the pre-heated oven at 300 °F for 45 minutes.

Once baked, let your basil pesto lasagna cool down for 10 minutes prior to serving...
