Ingredients for 6 people:
For the pizza dough:
-1 cup flour.
-2 teaspoons baking powder
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-1 Tbsp of sugar
-2 tablespoons olive oil
-3/4 cup water.
For the toppings:
- 1/2 cup bought or homemade pesto
-24 Medium-sized cooked shrimp peeled
-12 Cherry tomatoes, halved
-The olive oil
-Salt and pepper.
Instructions:
1) Prepare your dough: Mix the yeast, sugar and 185ml of warm water in a bowl, cover and let stand 10 minutes.
For this step, you can use a mixer, pour the flour in a bowl and salt dig a well in center and pour the yeast preparation, and then add the oil knead for 10 minutes until your dough is smooth Cover with plastic wrap and let stand 1 hour.
2) Back to your dough, degas it by punching it; most important do not knead the dough.
3) Preheat oven to 400 °F. Spread your dough with a rolling pin on a floured surface and a thickness of 1/4 inch thick, form circles with a cookie cutter round 5cm diameter.
4) Put your dough circles on a lightly greased baking sheet. Spread 1 teaspoon pesto over each pizza, leaving a narrow edge put a shrimp and half a cherry tomato, salt and pepper lightly.
